Cats benefit children
Cats can be a lively and cheerful addition to any house and helpful to our kids in many ways.
Here are some examples:
- Empathy: Considering the state of a pet, a child learns to empathize with his peers and bear their feelings in mind.
- Confidence: Children who own cats grow with a higher self-esteem.
- Responsibility: Taking care of a cat plants the seeds of responsibility into kids from a young age, and it also helps then be more compassionate.
- Health: Cat owners are less likely to develop allergies, and may take fewer sick days.
